Competition Draw - Spring 2014 - Mixed Open Tuesdays - Division 4 & 5

Games commenced Tuesday 9th September for the Spring Mixed Open Competition.

Due to field restoration works, we are limited to 40 teams competing in the Spring 2014 Season playing on Tuesday Nights, with another Mixed Open Competition playing on Thursday nights.

Given the number of teams, games will be played in two locations, Endeavour Reserve and Tarlington Reserve.

There will be games running in 4 time slots in both locations; 6.30pm, 7.15pm, 8.00pm, & 8.45pm.

The Mixed Open competition was run ungraded for the first 5 rounds.

The results of these games were assessed and used to create 5 divisions.

A draw for the final 7 rounds of the round robin has now been published, with each team in each division playing each other once. 

Some teams may be required to move locations for the remainder of the competition, depending on their Division.

Points accumulated in the first 5 rounds will count towards the season points score.

The top 4 teams in each division will proceed to a finals series.

Cash prizes are on offer for ALL teams who make the Grand Final, with Division 1 winners also scoring Premiers Jackets.

Requests for early and late games could not be supported as 95% of teams requested late games, so an eaqual distribution of early and late games has been made.

We have not been able to support requests for non-competing game times for players playing in multiple teams each week as there are 26 team with cross over of between 1 and 7 teams. We have grouped teams with the most cross over players at Endeavour Reserve so they do not need to travel.

A pro-rata refund will be offered to players who do not get to play all their games due to conflicting game times. The Grand Final will be followed by a Free BBQ and Drinks for all registered participants in the Fairfield Tag League Spring 2014 Season. We wish both teams in each division the very best of luck. May the best team win!
