Fairfield Regional Schools Gala Day - 2016 - Registration

To register your interest in the 2016 Fairfield Regional Schools Gala Day being held on the Monday 28th November at Brenan Park Smithfield, please complete the following form. You will be asked to reconfirm your schools attendance the week prior to the event. Registrations close Friday 18th November 2016.

Please indicate the number of teams that you are requesting to enter in each division. This is only indicative & will be confirmed prior the event. Teams are required to have a minimum of 8, a maximum of 12 players.
NOTE: You are welcome to enter more than one team in each division.

Payments will be accepted on the day & will be calculated based on actual participation at the rate of $10 per person. Schools can also nominate to be invoiced following the event & pay via DD, Cheque or Credit Card.
